Brand experience is simple to understand as well - just ask your customers. FInd out what they think, what they know about you and then plan ways to fill in the gaps.
Brand exposure. In 2010, You have what marketers have yearned for since the beginning of……. marketing. The ability to build your brand's value within the same marketing tactics that generate business. The ability to measure progress.
Some questions that may help you to push even further into increasing your brand value –
Is your company easy to find? Are you able to measure your success? Is your company maximizing it's online presence?
It's ok if you don't know the answers to these questions. However, if you haven't taken your brand's temperature in a while, you may want to do that soon.
