The business cycle is likely to improve as we approach the off year elections. Obama got approval for huge amounts of stimulus money but only a small fraction has been spent. This is likely to appear about 9 months ahead of the November 2010 elections, so that they can maintain control of congress riding a rising economy from the increased money supply. Even more will probably be released in the 18 months prior to the 2012 elections. The uncertainty factor is oil prices, with all bets being off if oil again hits $150/barrel.
